How much time does it take to process my visualization?

⇨ From the time you finished uploading your song and artwork, about 15mn.

Why does it take so much time?

⇨ A lot of pre-processing and processing power is required to achieve this visual quality.
For the curious, I am using my personal rig, 3D engine and ray-marching renderer. (NVIDIA RTX 2070 SUPER + AMD RYZEN 7)

I cannot find my song / artwork?

⇨ Make sure your image or audio file format is handled by Muvics:
Audio file:   .mp3   .flac   .wav   .ogg   .aiff
Image file:   .jpeg   .jpg   .bmp   .png
Online file conversion service might help.

My upload is not working, what can I do?

⇨ Please try again later, the server might be too busy, if the issue persists, send me an email at: muvics.ai@gmail.com with links to your song and artwork.

I want to personalize my visualization more.

⇨ I plan to release more customisation features later this month.

I cannot watch my video, it only plays audio.

⇨ Some older PC video player might not be able to playback HEVC, try using one of theses awesome video player: VLC or MPV.

⇨ If you are on Android, try "Open with" (top right of your mobile) then select the "Photos" App.

⇨ If you are on an Apple device, you shouldn't. (No for real I cannot test it right now so I don't know.)

I don't like my video, can I have a refund?

⇨ I do not provide any refund, but send me an email at: muvics.ai@gmail.com so we can work on a solution.

Why are you only accepting Bitcoin?
